Twitter Explodes as IG Report Shines Light on Deep State Corruption

On Thursday, Department of Justice Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, released his long-awaited report regarding FBI and DOJ behavior during the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the biased attempt to thwart then-candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

Horowitz’ report did not bode well for former FBI Director James Comey, who was fired by President Trump, and found that his handling of the Clinton investigation was improper.

The IG report also revealed that FBI agent Peter Strzok, who has been at the center of controversy surrounding the Clinton email scandal, the interrogation of General Michael Flynn, and an effort to prevent Trump from becoming president, reportedly vowed to “stop” Trump.

In a text message with his lover Lisa Page, also an employee of the FBI, Strzok was asked,”[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” to which he replied, “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.”

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee announced that President Trump had been briefed on the newly-released IG report, and stated that it “reaffirmed the president’s suspicion’s about [James Comey’s] conduct, and the political bias among some of the members of the FBI.

Republican lawmakers and conservative pundits flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on the freshly-released IG report, with many pointing out that the report clearly indicates unethical and biased actions occurred within the FBI, specifically citing Strozk’s texts.

Some Twitter users also pointed to the fact that the IG report is justification for President Trump’s firing of Comey, while others called for the prosecution of the former FBI Director, as well as agent Peter Strzok.
