Rand Paul Speaks Out About Being Brutally Attacked for the First Time (Video)

Senator Rand Paul, who was attacked by a neighbor on his own property and badly wounded, has now spoken out for the first time about the incident.

In an interview with Fox News, Senator Paul described the attack, saying, “The weird thing, is that I haven’t spoken to him [his neighbor] in ten years,” adding, “after my ribs were broken, he said things to indicate he was unhappy.”

Senator Paul said, “You don’t really know what’s in someone’s mind,” and said he didn’t know exactly what caused the neighbor to attack him, breaking six of his ribs.

The Senator’s wife told Fox News medical correspondents that he struggles to breathe at night, and is in a lot of pain, but as Paul pointed out, he’s not using any opioid-based painkillers.
