As reported by TheFederalist
Former Vice President Joe Biden appeared to forget words to the Declaration of Independence Monday during a campaign stop in Texas, the day before Super Tuesday primaries.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident,” Biden began before trailing off to forget the rest of the line. “All men and women created by- go- you know- you know the thing.”

In the same speech, Biden also tried to get voters excited for “Super Thursday,” before correcting himself to “Super Tuesday,” the day 16 states and territories will cast their votes for the Democratic nominating contest this week.
Monday’s slip-ups are just the latest in a series of simple mistakes made by the former vice president that have sewn doubts among voters about his own sharpness at the age at 77-years-old to take on President Donald Trump this fall.
