Trump Fires Back at ‘Disgruntled’ Comey for Grossly Mishandling the Clinton Email Investigation

On Monday, President Trump continued to publicly call out former FBI Director James Comey, who is set to release his new book on Tuesday, and has repeatedly attacked Trump on social media in order to promote its launch.

Recently revealed information contained within Comey’s book strongly indicates that he had planned to make sure Hillary Clinton faced no charges during the now-infamous email investigation – a decision he apparently based on poll numbers which favored Clinton during the 2016 election.

“Comey drafted the Crooked Hillary exoneration long before he talked to her,” said President Trump, slamming the disgraced former FBI Director for having “lied in Congress,” and adding that he “based his decisions on her poll numbers.”

President Trump continued, stating that a “disgruntled” Comey, along with the recently-fired former Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe and others, “committed many crimes!
