Part of President Trump’s $4-trillion-dollar budget plan, which was announced on Monday, will allocate at least one and a half trillion to rebuilding American highways, roads, bridges, railways, and waterways.
Later in the afternoon the official Twitter account of the White House shared a link which further highlighted the president’s new budget plan, making sure to include rural America, as well.
