President Trump and Melania Light Up National Christmas Tree for the First Time!

With the Christmas season upon us, President Trump and the First Family are getting into the spirit, and the whole White House has gotten a makeover, and has been transformed into a winter wonderland.

On Thursday night, the president was honored to light the National Christmas Tree for the first time as Commander in Chief, and he wished the country “A Merry Christmas, and A Happy New Year.”

During his presidential campaign, Trump’s promise to “Make Christmas Great Again” strongly resonated with the American people, who have seen our cherished and hallowed holiday of worship and thanks become tarnished and attacked by left-wing influences.

President Trump took to Twitter, and shared some special video clips of he and Melania at the event, and the two counted down from ten, then pushed a button to light up the tree.

In another tweet, President Trump talked about the true meaning of Christmas, the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, something the left has tried to remove from the holiday entirely.

Melania also tweeted a video, showing the First Family having fun at the event, which was the 95th annual National Christmas Tree Lighting.
