February Job Numbers are Out and Trump Keeps Exceeding Expectations

On Friday, freshly-released jobs report was released, showing that during the month of February, American business owners and employers created approximately 313,000 new jobs.

The Labor Department, which feared a spike in wages, reported the rise “wasn’t nearly as much as investors feared.”

“I think the fears of wages getting out of control in this point in the cycle … were squashed,” said one source.

The stock market responded to the jobs report by posting positive numbers, with the Nasdaq, S&P 500, and Dow Jones all ending the day on a high note.
